Question Answer

Can we have our shoot at home, or in another location of our choice?

Absolutely, we do on-location shoots all over the UK and further afield. A photo-shoot does often require a certain amount of space, so this may be a consideration.

How much does a session cost?

Our studio sessions cost £75 and location sessions within the M25 cost £150.

This fee covers the photo-shoot itself, which is up to 2 hours, and the time we spend retouching the images to a level where they’re ready for you to view them. It also includes a complimentary 9” x 6” high quality print of your choice of image.

All session fees are payable upon the confirmation of your appointment.

How much to the other prints and products cost?

Prices start at £25 for a single high quality print. There is no minimum spend at all, our clients typically spend between £600 and £2000 on wall pieces, leather bound books and digital files.

Can I purchase digital files?

Absolutely, you can purchase any digital files of images that have already been purchased as prints. We understand that having a disc of images is hugely important nowadays

How do I choose which pictures I’d like to buy?

After your shoot, we’ll meticulously retouch all the best shots. We then book in an appointment within one week of the shoot for you to come in and view the images at the studio. We only do one viewing appointment, so please make sure that all ‘decision makers’ come along!

When should we book our session?

We are available by appointment seven days per week, but often get booked up well in advance. Newborn babies are always best photographed in the first ten days of their young lives – we can even pre-book a session 5-10 days after your due date and change the day if the baby arrives early or late. For toddlers and children, try to book a time that fits well into their day-to-day routine.

Are there particular clothes that I or my baby should wear for the session?

We always ask parents to bring in a selection of outfits for their baby or child, in order to give maximum flexibility during the shoot. As a rule of thumb, pictures will always look a little cleaner if you avoid brand names on the front of the clothes.

Should I bring any props in to use when you photograph my child?

Absolutely. We have lots of cute props here in the studio, but equally if you have items which you think may work in pictures, to which you know your child loves, bring them in!
